Thai Chicken Pizza

 

This is one of my favorite, at-home, easy pizzas to make.

When my family and I travelled to Hawaii a few years ago, we were inspired. We went to a fun restaurant and they had a variety of unique flavored pizzas. They had this thai chicken pizza on their menu that was a fan favorite and I can see why. 

When we returned from the trip, we wanted to recreate it ourselves! Here's what we came up with:

1 naan pizza crust

1 cup chopped chicken breast

1 cup mozzarella cheese 

1/2 cup spicy peanut sauce

1/4 cup sliced carrots

1 chopped green onion

A few peanuts-to your liking :)
