Seeded Cream Cheese Bagel
1/2 plain bagel (toasted for one minute)
organic cream cheese
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. everything bagel seasoning
green onions (I just had some chopped up and they added some flavor!)
This isn't the healthiest by any means, but adding some seeds can make something basic turn into a fun meal!
