Delicious and Nutritious Stir Fry Recipe!
Chicken Breast: cut up into 3 inch (ish) pieces
Fresh Steamed broccoli
Steamed carrots
Red peppers
Trader Joes stir fry sauce & soy sauce mix
Trader Joes Quinoa Rice (heated on the side)
*Thrown into a fairly large stir fry pan on medium heat for about 20 minutes*
There are no super specific portions to this recipe-add as you please!
I love Trader Joes stir fry sauces!! They always have so much flavor!

ReplyDeleteThis looks delicious i might try to make it one day. Can I please suggest a fried rice recipe that i have made myself to try it has corned beef, soy sauce and other things in it. I learned it from a anime show I watched they made a cook book for the show and some of the stuff is really good in it. The anime is One Piece if you want to look up the recipe for the fried rice your self.
